II. Learn about PID control algorithms
PID control is a complex control process to achieve a desired adjustment value such as temperature, pressure, flow... PID controllers can be found independently as PID temperature controllers. More complex than we find in PLC databases or scadar systems.When mentioning PID control, we often hear terms such as: proportional, integral, derivative. Each of these parameters is used and adjusted separately for each control purpose. Just changing one parameter can have a big impact on the control process.
We have 4 types of controller:
• Proportional Controller – Proportional Controller
• PI stands for Proportional and Integral ( PI ) Controller is called proportional and integral controller.
• PD stands for Proportional and Derivative (PD) Controller is called derivative controller.
• PID stands for Proportional, Integral, and Derivative (PID) Controller is called a proportional, integral, and derivative controller. The PID controller will compare the input results and the allowed settings. If the result is greater than the parameters you set, they will be subtracted so that the next loop has the desired result. And so through many loops, this controller produces a result closest to the desired value that I need.
Principle of PID temperature controller: The controller allows you to enter the desired value directly on the display screen. The remaining indicators KP, KD, KI will be automatically tested by the controller without having to set them up.That means the input signal of this controller is analog 4-20mA. When receiving such an input signal, they will immediately compare it with the desired setting parameters and output an analog or on/off signal for control.

• Press and hold MODE for 3 seconds to enter Par 2
• Press MODE to enter Select the input type as PT100 probe with the symbol .
• Press MODE Select the temperature measurement unit as degrees Celsius.

Step 2: Adjust parameters in group 1:
• Press and hold MODE for 3 seconds to enter Par 1.
• Press MODE to enter and set the deviation high limit warning mode to 40.
• Then enter mode and the settings for this mode are , When in Auto tuning mode, the controller will automatically detect and calculate to output PID parameters.
• Press MODE to view the PID parameters as proportional range, integral and differential time respectively.
Step 4: View controller operation in PID mode and compare with ON/OFF mode:
• Press and hold MODE to return to the main screen.
• Set the SV value to 50.
• Next increase or decrease the PV temperature and observe the operation of the SSR, and when the PV temperature reaches the warning level, the indicator light will operate.
