Steps to adjust warning mode parameters for temperature controller TK4S-14RR:

Step 1: Select probe type, temperature measuring unit, control mode and output operation for the controller.

•    Press and hold MODE to enter parameter group 3 

•    Press the MODE key to move to  and use the arrow keys to select the PT100 probe type , then press MODE to save the selection.

•    Press MODE to enter  and select the temperature measurement unit , press MODE to save.

•    Press MODE to enter  and select the control output operating mode as , press MODE to save.

Step 2: Select the alarm operating mode

•    Press and hold MODE to enter group 4 

•    Press MODE to enter  and select the deviation high limit warning mode , press MODE to save.

Step 3: Set the deviation value and observe the alarm output.

•    Press and hold MODE to enter group 1 

•    Press MODE to enter , then set the high deviation value to 20.

•    Press and hold MODE to return to the main screen and compare PV and SV values. 

•    Then increase or decrease the PV temperature through the PT100 probe and the warning output when the PV - SV value is greater than or equal to 20, the warning light will light and vice versa.

Step 4: Select other alarm operating modes.

•    Similar to step 2, enter  and move to  to select other warning modes.

•    Then enter , to set high/low deviation values, high/low limit absolute value at parameter  (alarm 1_low) and  (alarm1_high).

•    Adjust PV values to compare with SV, and observe warning light operation.
