5. How to install the Temperature Controller

5.1.  Alarm warning in “High-Low deviation” mode

Step 1: Set the probe input signal
   •    We press and hold the “MD” key at the same time  and left  in 1 second we can enter the basic parameters menu
   •    We press “SET ” into the function “INP"
   •    Function “INP" allows us to choose the input signal of the probe
The probes can be used for VX meters
   •   1: CA probe “k1, k2”
   •    2: probe J “j”
   •    3: R probe “r”
   •    4: T probe “t”
   •    5: 100 ohm PT probe “Pt0”
   •    6: receive Analog signals 0-10 VDC, 4-20mA.
   •    In the function “INP” Click on “SET”  The value you want to change will flash, we continue to press "UP ARROW"  or “DOWN ARROW”  We can choose the input value for the Pt probe as desired "Pt0"
   •    After selecting the probe type "Pt0", press the "SET" button  to save the value.
Step 2: Select output control mode 1
   •    Next comes the function “CNT1”  is output 1 control mode
   •    Press “SET” to enter the function
   •    Press “up arrow”  or “down arrow”  to change the value is “ON/OFF” or “PID” control
   •    Select “ON/OFF” mode, press “SET”  to confirm.
Step 3: Select hot or cold control
   •    Press “SET”  to enter the function “OACT” to select hot or cold control
   •    Press “UP ARROW”  or “DOWN ARROW”  to change the value is the control
“REV” is hot control
“DIV” is cold control
   •    Select “REV” mode and press “SET”  to confirm
Step 4: Consider the delay of the control output
   •    Press “SET”  Enter the function “HYS” is the control output delay
   •    Set the value to 0
   •    Press “SET”  to confirm
Step 5: Select the High-Low deviation warning type
   •    Press “SET”  to enter the function “A1TY”  to select warning mode
   •    Press “UP ARROW”  or “DOWN ARROW”  to change the value is the control
   •    Select value 5 (High-Low deviation) to warn of relative high and low values
   •   Press “SET”  to confirm
Step 6: Consider the SV setting value (desired temperature value)
   •    Press and hold the “MD" key at the same time  and "SET" for 1 second to enter all parameters
   •    Press “SET”  to join the group “GSV”
   •    Press “DOWN ARROW”  to function “SV-1”
   •    Press “SET” to select “SV-1”  is the function that sets the desired value to 1
   •    Press “UP ARROW”  or “DOWN ARROW” to change the value is control, “TO LEFT” to change the cursor position
   •    Set the value to “30”
   •    Press “SET”  to confirm
Step 7: Set the alarm value setting value
   •    Press “MD” to return to all groups
   •   Press “DOWN ARROW”  find the group “GALM”
   •    Press “SET”  to join the group “GALM”
   •    Press “DOWN ARROW”  find the function “AL-1”  to set the warning value
   •    Press “UP ARROW”  or “DOWN ARROW”  to change the value is control, “TO LEFT”  to change the cursor position
   •    Set the value to 10
   •    The warning value is 10, the desired value is 30, the warning mode is relatively high and low, so the safe zone will be +/- 10, the value 30, so the safe zone is 20 to 40, exceeding the threshold This will warn
   •    Press “MD”  to return to the main screen
   •    Heat the probe to see the results.

5.2. Alarm warning in “High absolute” mode

Step 1: Set alarm mode to “High absolute”
   •    We press and hold the "MD" key at the same time  and "LEFT”  in 1 second
   •    Press “DOWN ARROW”  find the function “A1TY”
   •    Press “SET”  to enter the function “A1TY”  to select warning mode
   •    Press “UP ARROW”  or “DOWN ARROW”  to change the value is the control
   •    Select value 1 (High absolute) as an absolute high value warning
   •    Press “SET”  to confirm
Step 2: Set the alarm value setting value
   •    Press “DOWN ARROW”  find the function “AL-1”  to set the warning value
   •    Press “UP ARROW”  or “DOWN ARROW”  to change the value is control, “TO LEFT”  to change the cursor position
   •    Set the value to 50
   •    High warning mode is to set the warning value to 50, then the high warning level will be 50.
   •    Press “MD”  to return to the main screen.
   •    Heat the probe to see the results.

5.3. Alarm warning in “High deviation” mode

Step 1: Set alarm mode to “High deviation”
   •    We press and hold the "MD" key at the same time  and "LEFT"  in 1 second
   •    Press “DOWN ARROW”  find the function “A1TY”
   •    Press “SET”  to enter the function “A1TY”  to select warning mode
   •    Press “UP ARROW”  or “DOWN ARROW”  to change the value is the control
   •    Select value 3 (High deviation) as a warning of a relatively high value
   •    Press “SET”  to confirm
Step 2: Set the alarm value setting value
   •    Press “DOWN ARROW”  find the function “AL-1”  to set the warning value
   •    Press “UP ARROW”  or “DOWN ARROW”  to change the value is control, “TO LEFT”  to change the cursor position
   •    Set the value to 30
