• When the power is supplied, the red light will light up to indicate that the system is powered.
• The toggle switch helps to manually turn on and off the Chint timer.
• The Chint timer supports real-time and ON/OFF time setting by week - day - hour - minute.
• The TX4M-14R of Autonics takes the temperature signal from the 3-wire RTD temperature sensor and will cut off the SSR output on the temperature controller when the PV temperature > SV.
• Because the SSR output of the TX4M-14R only has a voltage of 13VDC, it is necessary to use an additional Hanyoung HSR-2D20LZN semiconductor relay to support the output to attract the sticky Contactor and supply power to the drying indicator light and the heat drying tube.
• When rapid cooling is needed, we can turn on the fan switch to support cooling.
