2. SELECT AUXILIARY DEVICES FOR THE SENSOR CIRCUIT
To complete the liquid level control system, in addition to the Hanyoung FS-3 water level relay, other auxiliary equipment must also be selected:
- Hanyoung HY-ER-3 electrode holder, the role of fixing the relay electrodes to the desired position, helping to measure the water level more accurately and stably.
LS BKJ63N 2P 16A MCB switching device, the role of protecting the circuit, when it can automatically close and disconnect the current immediately when an overload occurs, or damage occurs in the system.
- LS MC-22b AC220V contactor: used to remotely close and disconnect the circuit, control high-power electrical equipment, reverse the rotation of the electric motor, helping the system operate safely and stably.
Rated current: 22A, suitable for medium load control needs, power: 11kW, ensuring strong performance, Auxiliary contact: 1a1b, providing flexibility in setting up auxiliary circuits. And coil: can be used with 220V or 380V voltage, increasing compatibility.
- Thermal relay LS MT32 is used to protect the motor from thermal overload during operation, When the current is overloaded, the thermal bimetal will bend and impact the contact set, breaking the circuit

Drill holes in the tank wall at positions corresponding to each level to be controlled
Put the relay electrodes through the drilled holes and secure with bolts and screws.
Make sure the electrodes are in direct contact with the water
6. Working principle of water level sensor circuit
This circuit describes an automatic water supply system, in which the FS3 relay plays an important role in controlling the water pump based on the water level in the tank. When the water level drops below a certain threshold, the relay will activate the pump to pump water into the tank. At points E1; E2; E3 are contacts according to the predetermined position. Each point is the water level that FS-3 can receive, if at the highest level, the FS-3 relay will control additional elements to immediately turn off the pump, preventing water from continuing to flow into the tank.
